Recently a graduate of the NASM Stretch and Flexibility course, Shivani has enhanced her “contact yoga” techniques and is looking forward to assisting you in gaining mobility along with the possibility of decreasing pain in the body. A Mobility & Breath group class involves therapy balls, self massage techniques and breath-work for tension release!

Marybeth Roberts

Marybeth has completed two 200-hour teacher trainings. The first training called Fluid Yoga took place at Sutra studio in Lowell MA with Jenn Howell. Through this training, she dove deep into the study of mantra, Buddhism, deities and meditation. The second training took place at “At Om” in Concord NH with Shivani Belzile and Asa Dustin. This path of study, Shakti Flow, began her in-depth exploration of Sanskrit, mantras, mudras and the movement of energy with the flow of yoga. Marybeth combines what she has learned from both practice styles in her teaching. With every class, she suggests taking what you need, leaving the rest, and always doing what works best for you and your body. Her classes are filled with laughter, self discovery, humanity, sweat, joy, love and sense of fulfillment.

Jenny B.  - All Levels Flow

I took my first yoga class 17 years ago to help me manage stress in my life. Not knowing at the time how many internal doors would start open inside of me, yoga became a passion. In 2014 I enrolled in Pathways yoga teacher training. Completing and receiving my 200 hour certificate and I have been teaching ever sense. Sharing the practices of the mind, body, breath, connection through movement and awareness. I love sharing the benefits I have received with others who are on their yoga journey. Whether it be through a basic class or a flow class, we start one breath at a time together.
