Restorative Yoga with Thai Body Work

Thai Body work is also known as lazy mans yoga. This ancient practice combines passive restorative yoga postures with hand compression muscle releases, acupressure, trigger point release, and meridian line work to unwind tight muscles and open up energy pathways to restore health and wellbeing to both the physical body and energetic bodies. In this session participants will be guided into restorative postures as Jen moves around the room giving special attention to each person, working on areas of the body that need the most attention. We will end the session with a Deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra ( sleep yoga) meditation. This session WILL fill up so please reserve your spot early.

Here we will attend to our koshas (layers of the self) while being guided into a deep, relaxed state of being.
